Holy Convocation

Services

Sunday - 11AM Worship Service

“Heaven Has Spoken: A Holy Nation — Rising in Faith, Building with Purpose, Declaring the Word.”

INTRO

Holy Convocation is the spiritual ignition of New Unity’s year.

For three sacred days — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — our church gathers as one community to pray, worship, teach, and declare what Heaven is speaking into our house.

This is not a conference.

This is not a revival.

This is a summoning.

A gathering of a holy nation preparing to walk into the next twelve months with clarity and courage.

THEME

Heaven Has Spoken: A Holy Nation

Rising in Faith — Building with Purpose — Declaring the Word

This theme anchors our Faith Year (September 2025–August 2026), framing our identity as a Spirit-led community and aligning our work with God’s call to repair, uplift, and bless.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Night One — Young Adult Emphasis

A generational rising. Prophetic fire. The wind of the Spirit moving through our future leaders.

  • Day Two — Teaching, Prayer, Breakout Encounters

Sessions shaped by Scripture, Baldwinian truth-telling, Hamer’s courage, Thurman’s interior depth, and Cone’s liberation vision.

  • Day Three — Worship, Dedication, and Sending

Commissioning the Faith Year. Blessing the work of the next twelve months.

WHY HOLY CONVOCATION MATTERS

Because a church without a yearly consecration easily drifts.

Convocation anchors us.

It names our identity.

It renews our commitment.

It sets the spiritual temperature of the entire year.

Every Faith Year begins not with noise but with holy order.
