New Unity Baptist Church is a Spirit-filled, Christ-centered congregation—rooted in Baltimore and reaching toward the world.

Since 1917, we have stood as a sanctuary for the weary, a training ground for disciples, and a launching place for those called to transform the world.

We are The Equipping Ministry, empowering the people of God for the work of the Kingdom through vibrant worship, authentic fellowship, and a prophetic witness for justice and love.

New Unity is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led, justice-conscious community rooted in faith, history, and hope.

We believe God still speaks—through Scripture, through story, through Spirit, and through the lives of God’s people.

Here, worship is sacred, community is family, and every voice matters.

We are a people rooted in Christ, rising in hope, and reaching toward what God has spoken.

We live with expectation—alert to the movement of the Spirit, attentive to the needs of the world, and open to the light that continues to break into our lives.
